MODULE 2 – Human Anatomy

Contains an introduction to anatomy along with the complete skeletal system. A special feature contained in this module is an illustration of the vertebral column colour-coded for better understanding.

MODULE 3 – Muscle Structure

Introduces the muscle structure along with the various types of muscle including superficial skeletal muscles. A special feature in this module is how we can view the muscle structure through microscope.

MODULE 4 – Physiology

Covers the essential systems found in the human body ranging from the vascular, lymphatic, nervous and endocrine system. Special features also include the lymphatic system explained in great detail.

MODULE 5 – Fragrant Chemistry

Introduces fragrant chemical constituents, all methods of distillation, explains molecule structures, main plant families, chemical properties and effects of essential oils, synergy’s and main plant families.

MODULE 6 – Health & Safety Issues

Covers an essential part of aromatherapy training ranging from cross-reference health and safety chart including skin sensitivity and first aid procedures. Also touches on to Contraindications, infections, infestations, types of microscopic bacteria, disease and disorders affecting treatment.

MODULE 7 – Essential Oils

Contains important topics explaining how essential oils merge with the human system including a cross-reference. Also included thirty essential oils broken down in their own individual page explaining properties, characteristics, family origins, suited blends, notes, constituents, cultivation, evaporation, character history, etc.

MODULE 8 – Using Essential Oils

Covers essential subjects such as understanding essential oils and carrier oils. Also explains correct dilution’s and dosage for pregnancy, children, precautionary reminders. This module also features a professional therapeutic cross-reference chart used as a tool for determining correct treatment plans through symptoms.

MODULE 9 – Essential Massage (video included)

Introduces massage as an independent treatment along with it’s basic history. Also features massage benefits, techniques, classifications, holistic practice, hand exercises, practise sessions, checklists, massage routines, correct pressures etc.

MODULE 10 – Practical Treatment Techniques

Introduces code of ethics and professional aromatherapy examination procedures. The client record card is also featured and explained in this lesson. Also includes psycho and physical therapeutic groups and treating physical conditions. We will also include 5 record cards along with a practical treatment folder.
